Site Accessibility

The Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) is committed to making NCRTM's electronic and information technologies accessible to individuals with disabilities. The NCRTM portal complies with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended by Title IV of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. Section 508 requires Federal agencies and departments to provide individuals with disabilities equal access to electronic information and data comparable to those who do not have disabilities unless an undue burden would be imposed on the agency (29 U.S.C. § 798). In addition, the NCRTM portal passed Department of Education accessibility testing to ensure compliance with Section 508 requirements and standards. Archived materials in the NCRTM portal that were developed prior to 1998 when Section 508 was enacted may vary in their degree of accessibility.

If you use assistive technology (such as a screen reader, eye tracking device, voice recognition software, etc.) and have difficulty accessing information on the NCRTM website, please contact us at NCRTM@neweditions.net and provide the URL (web address) of the web page you tried to access, the problem you experienced, and your contact information so we can assist you.
